    This thing is almost as powerful as my plug in stick blender! Froth is instantaneous and salad dressing is totally emulsified in about 5 seconds and does not separate. Eggs for omelettes turn into homogenous golden liquid that cooks up fluffy and smooth. Batteries discharge a bit faster than my Bon-Jour frother but I use rechargeable batteries and always have a spare set at the ready. Quality build. Very happy.

    Good for what it is, but it chews through batteries pretty fast.

    I use this for blending collagen powder into coffee mix and when you have new full batteries it works like a charm. I do find it drains the batteries pretty quickly and after checking them to see they were only half full, it barely spins (when submerged) and isn't strong enough to really break up the powder...the customer service is nice so I'll give this 3 stars but otherwise would get 2.
