I wrote this company regarding a defective mug. I had it only 6 months. They promptly wrote me back requesting a photo. I promptly emailed the photo. I have not heard anything from them since. I sent a follow up email and called. There’s no response nor any communication. This is perplexing because there’s a lifetime guarantee on their products. Instead of receiving a replacement it appears I’ve been ghosted.
These are WONDERFUL hot beverages mugs. I have my hot Chai in it every morning. I’ve used these for years. They’re the best!
I love these mugs, the comfort of not trying to pick up a hit mug. I love how light they are and the smoothness. I have had these several months now & absolutely love the look & feel. I have not experienced any fogging or other complaints I saw in some reviews. Unfortunately this morning I went back to a habit that I’ve used in other mugs for years no problem. I put one ice cube in the cup before pouring fresh coffee in.. & yes, inner glass cracked & made a ton of squealing but didn’t leak. Drank cup, refilled, sans ice cube, it squeaked a little, then started dribbling into air level, a slight amount but will have to replace. Hope this prevents others from doing something that was silly.
Received 4 coffee mugs as gift and loved them. However, all 4 leak and now light brown water between glass layers - gross.
The cups were not vacuumed sealed since condensation appeared within 1 week of using. I had to submit photos to get a refund, but still had to eat the $4.95 shipping fee because they sold me a defective product. I'm not happy about that. Wanted to help them directly instead of going through Amazon. Until they fix this issue, if you do decide to buy - go through Amazon since shipping will be covered both ways.
