    Very Nice Glasses & Awesome Customer Support

    I purchased a set of 4 of these and find them very beautiful and unique. The glasses themselves are high quality and can hold both hot and cold liquids. I tested it with very cold ice water to see the amount of condensation that builds, and compared to standard glasses the amount of condensation is reduced. Also it the box came with a hand written thank you note which I found so cute.

    However this was a gift for my family member and they only drink ice cold drinks but find any condensation to be a deal breaker (hence why they only use mental insulated cups). Due to this I sadly knew that I would need to have them returned. When reaching out to customer support for help, I was in contact with Jayzel who was great. When talking through my issue they showed a lot of empathy and helped work with me to find a solution to my problem.

    I am very grateful to them helping me out and really like the Epare brand due to this product & experience, even though it didn't work out this time. Def recommend you get these glasses and support this business!

    Love these!!

    I have purchased 4 of these glasses so far. Ok, I lied. I purchased 4 for me, 2 for my relatives and just a few moments ago, 2 more for me :). Absolutely love them. If you put ice in your glass, you will love these too. Even if you don't put ice in your glass you will love them. No more condensation or rings - Woo Hoo!!!

    Great Customer Service

    We love them for hot and cold drinks. They keep the temp for a good while. One popped in the dishwasher and customer service was fast and polite. It just popped on its own and wasn’t near another object. We have mute-left versions of this company’s products.

    Amazing at keeping drinks cold!

    We use these glasses for cold drinks, beer and cider. They are good insulators. On a hot deck in the sun these glasses will keep your drink cold for a long time. They work better than neoprene insulators. They have replaced the mugs we used to keep frozen in the freezer. They look well-made and have an attractive shape. They could be used for wine but are a bit large.DETAILSThey would be perfect as a gift. They come in packages of 2, so buy 2, 3 or more packages.I am a small female and the glasses are a little large for my one hand but perfect for my husband to hold.They are glass and a good rap on a table edge or drop on the floor will break them. We have broken 2 out of 8.They don't quite hold a can of soda pop or beer. So pour in the drink have a couple of swallows and top up.
