    BEST EVER

    These glasses are the BEST -- I've given as gifts and kept some for myself. The only "trick" is DO NOT put ice in your glass without liquid in it first. It will put a hairline crack in the glass causing the condensation issue. There is a Pictogram in the box showing this, but you really need to look at it to figure it out LOL

    Very Nice Glasses & Awesome Customer Support

    I purchased a set of 4 of these and find them very beautiful and unique. The glasses themselves are high quality and can hold both hot and cold liquids. I tested it with very cold ice water to see the amount of condensation that builds, and compared to standard glasses the amount of condensation is reduced. Also it the box came with a hand written thank you note which I found so cute.

    However this was a gift for my family member and they only drink ice cold drinks but find any condensation to be a deal breaker (hence why they only use mental insulated cups). Due to this I sadly knew that I would need to have them returned. When reaching out to customer support for help, I was in contact with Jayzel who was great. When talking through my issue they showed a lot of empathy and helped work with me to find a solution to my problem.

    I am very grateful to them helping me out and really like the Epare brand due to this product & experience, even though it didn't work out this time. Def recommend you get these glasses and support this business!

    Love these!!

    I have purchased 4 of these glasses so far. Ok, I lied. I purchased 4 for me, 2 for my relatives and just a few moments ago, 2 more for me :). Absolutely love them. If you put ice in your glass, you will love these too. Even if you don't put ice in your glass you will love them. No more condensation or rings - Woo Hoo!!!
