    Epare does NOT honor their warranty. Horrible Customer service

    These flutes have a systemic problem with the seals failing and the glass taking in water between the linings. Over 3 years I have purchased 4 sets of Epare Champagne flutes from Amazon. I have also given these flutes as gifts. Last month my flute retained water in the inner lining so I reached out to Epare asking that they replace it, per their stated warranty. I sent pictures and copies of my Amazon order details. After 3 weeks of back and forth, Epare said they "could not verify that the product was their theirs." They refused to uphold their warranty despite documentation, in essence accusing me of submitting a fraudulent claim. I always hand wash these flutes despite Epare claiming they are dishwasher safe. I will NEVER purchase from Epare again.

    Water between the walks

    Three stars because I love the flutes they are attractive and wonderful to drink from. My issue is water between the two glass walls, although It claims to be dishwasher and microwave safe. I only hand washed them in dishwater And hand dried individually. I contacted Epare to see if I could improve the appearance. Asked to Send pictures then order numbers and only receive instructions on how to care for them, but never address my immediate problem.. I think I was Corresponding to a robot and not the personal company they claim they are. Should be noted. I only had the glasses for four months and used less than 10 times… Sorry, there is not a place to attach pictures to show how unattractive they become foggy with water spots

    Love these glasses. We have champagne often and these are both elegant and functional. Room for a raspberry too!

    I received my glasses as a gift and they are fabulous. The size and shape are so elegant.
    I like be my espressos even more than before.
    The heat of my drink stays longer than using my Demi cups.

    I just can't break them!

    I've knocked them over twice (first time in the garden and they landed on the concrete patio) and they appear indestructible! I'm usually a fan of a more delicate style but these are just the ticket for outdoors, picnics, smuggling into the midnight showing of James Bond...!
