I would love to send this in under the limited lifetime warranty for replacement - but I have no proof of purchase. I got this in an auction gift basket in it's box new, I don't even know who bought it to ask if they have the receipt. I used it for just less than 6 months and the salt end no longer grinds. I really liked it - sleek and takes up less space with an attractive design. But the length of it's useful life is much too short. We refilled it a few times and used it daily. I will say twisting off the ends for refill is a bit of a chore, but we managed, unlike some reviews who say you cannot refill it. Sadly, I guess I am just out of luck with this otherwise nice grinder. It would be wonderful if epare would make good and send me at the very least one of the grinding end caps - or better yet a new grinder.

I love these when we first get them. I have one and my mother had one they ended up throwing it away. You cannot get them open to refill them so they are absolutely great but once they run out of salt and pepper, they end up in the trash.

I have had a dual manual salt and pepper mill for a couple of years . I bought this as a gift for my grandson and his girlfriend for their new apartment. They liove it, too!

We like hiw this grinder works. It just needs to be a but flatter on each end so it doesn't wobble. Current design wobbles a bit.
