Guessing the Temp
What the temp?

I bought this pan because it said it was acceptable to bake at high temperatures. The product description on Amazon says 500° max. However, the pan comes inside a cardboard wrapper that displays 425° Max. Yet I see a product reviewer baked loaves at 475 and did not comment on any problem. I’m going to try it, but it would certainly help if Eparé got their documentation together and told us whether that is safe.
