    Limited LIFETIME warranty for…1 year.

    It is a good product but eventually the grinder will malfunction, make jammed noises and stop working. So it says on their packaging Limited LIFETIME warranty. So called support and their response was this:
    “Our products come with a 12-month limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not include damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear”.
    But it clearly says LIFETIME WARRANTY. Nope they will not back their product. I wrote to the president Mr. Khayman on LINKEDIN and never got a response. Very bad service. I will get a grinder from another company. You should too.

    Received the pepper grinder a few years ago, but had no salt mate. Looked up the Epare’ name and found the perfect match. Works great, easy operation. Love the light! Looks good on the table or counter.
